With over four decades of experience at the most prestigious institutions in finance (UBS, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Julius Bär) and professional tenures in Zurich, London, and New York, Felix R. Kunzmann provides exactly what is often missing in modern banking: genuine continuity and bank-independent expertise. Today, he serves as an independent advisor and Managing Director of Reuss Private AG Winterthur.
Following his education at the Kaderschule Zürich, he earned his diploma as a Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (CIIA). He has remained closely connected to AZEK for more than 25 years, serving in various capacities such as examiner and exam supervisor. To go beyond merely observing global markets and achieve a fundamental understanding of them, he has continuously deepened his knowledge at world-class institutions—ranging from the Study Center Gerzensee of the Swiss National Bank (SNB) and the New York Institute of Finance to Harvard University.
Throughout his career, he has managed both, national and international UHNWI and HNWI clients as well as complex pension fund mandates. This extensive experience as a “Managing Director Senior Advisor” forms the foundation of his current advisory services, which combine technical expertise, discretion, precision and foresight.
Sustainable success requires a solid foundation. In his private life, he finds this in his family—he has been happily married since 1992 and is a proud father of three adult children. Whether through active and passive ball sports, manual work in his own forest, or his involvement in an evangelical church: groundedness and integrity are not just buzzwords for him, but a lived reality.
