Her career began at prominent German banks with regional and/or international operations. In 2002, she moved to Switzerland, where she worked in international wealth management—first for 18 years at the major bank UBS and subsequently for six years at the private bank LGT—serving as a Senior Relationship Manager for the European market.
She focuses on wealth advisory, asset management, and financial planning for clients from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. She brings a strong professional background, holding a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirtin BA) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, with licenses in both Germany and Switzerland. Additionally, she possesses specialized expertise in sustainable investing.
Beate Eckerlin is married and enjoys spending her free time in nature and working with medicinal plants. She volunteers at the monastery garden in Mariastein and serves on the board of the Riehen Medicinal Plant Garden Association.
